I am using fomm to unpack the bsa files, as obmm won't let me do it. To repack the bsa files, I used fomm. Now the problem is that the game won't read the new bsa files. I even tried unpacking "Skyrim - Voices.bsa", changing a single files, and repacking it with fomm and obmm, but the game wont read it; all npcs are silent in game. Download BSAExtractor for free.
